Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs EZ Migration (“the app”), and Daairah Digital Marketing Establishment, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you accept them.

1. What the app does

The app backs up a Shopify store's products, collections, pages and files into a backup file, and restores a backup file into a store where the app is installed. To copy one store into another, the app must be installed on both.

2. Your stores and your content

Only back up and restore stores you own or are authorised to manage, and only copy content you have the right to use, including product information, images, videos and any licensed or third-party material. You are responsible for the content you copy.

3. Restores change your store

A restore creates and updates products, collections, pages and files in the store you restore into, following the choices you make in the restore preview. Check the preview before you start; we recommend backing up the store you restore into first. A restore can't be undone automatically.

4. Backup files

We keep each backup file for 7 days, then delete it. Download it and keep your own copy. A backup file contains your store's data, so store it safely.

5. Plans and billing

• Free: back up and restore up to 10 products and 2 collections each time, plus pages and files.
• Paid: no limits, for $11.99 USD every 30 days, billed by Shopify with your Shopify bill. You approve the charge on Shopify's screen before you're billed.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the app's Plans page at any time. When you cancel, Shopify credits the unused part of the billing period.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you're on. Shopify's terms apply to billing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to copy stores or content you aren't allowed to copy, to break the law or Shopify's terms, or to disrupt the service.

7. The service

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove features, and we'll tell you in advance about changes that significantly affect you.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Your data is then deleted as described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
